Hearing Impairment Enrichment Pathway

Given the right support, there's no reason for any deaf child to develop at a slower rate than a hearing child with similar abilities. In order to ensure that every deaf child develops at an age-appropriate rate and achieves their full potential, we work with them and their family to provide a full range of information and support. This enables the family to make the choices they feel are most appropriate for their child.

This pathway is a bespoke course of intensive speech and language therapy, targeting specific goals which address a child’s functional communication needs.
