Lisa is a clinical psychologist registered in Singapore and qualified to practice in Australia, having spent years working in public and private health settings.
In her therapeutic practice, Lisa manages a broad range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, borderline personality traits, and relational challenges. Lisa’s work also extends to individuals navigating unique challenges related to relocation, offering support in adapting to new environments, and fostering a sense of belonging.
Proficient in therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. She customises these methods to meet the distinctive needs of each child. Beyond clinical intervention, Lisa views therapy as a profound journey of self-discovery. Grounded in a growth-oriented perspective, she aims to create a secure space for individuals to explore, understand themselves, and cultivate personal growth within the broader narrative of life.
